久しぶりのマットの登場。Xで発表された時、驚きを隠すことができなかった。マットを登場させるのかと。

瘢痕が描かれているのを見る限り、マットの火傷は完治できなかったようだ。火傷によっては重い後遺症が残ることがある。マットの治療は難を極めたのかもしれない。

マットがバウアー王立学院に行けなくなるのも無理はないと思う。マットの心に残った傷痕も想像以上に大きいのだから。事故の出来事がフラッシュバックする可能性も否定できない。

マットが貴族たちの悲報を聞いても嬉しいと思わなかったのは苦しい現実が何も変わらなかったからなのかもしれない。ただ単に他人の不幸を願うだけなのは良くないことなのだと思う。

貴族たちの悲報を耳にした人間たちが喜んでいる姿は死ぬほどダサい。

クレアの前にロレッタとピピが現れたシーンも印象に残る。クレアの行動がピピの実家を取り潰す引き金となったことは、これまでのエピソードから察することができる。

クレアがロレッタとも大した会話をしなかったのはピピの実家を取り潰しただけではなく、ロレッタの実家もクレアによって潰される可能性があったからだと思う。

潰す側と潰される側の隔たりは大きすぎる。

クレアはロレッタとピピに背を向けていたけど、ロレッタとピピからは逃げられない。現実から逃げられないと言えば良いか。

セインを介抱していたリリィ。家族を放ってはおけないといった印象を受ける。リリィがサーラスについて行ったのも家族だから。父親の行動は間違っていると理解していながらも、肉親を失うかもしれない恐怖を味わいたくないといった感じも受けなくは。親は親。

『ぜんぶ壊して地獄で愛して』に登場する直井のように親に対して良い印象を抱かない人間は全くいないというわけではないけど、リリィはサーラスのことを大切に想っていたのだろう。サーラスはリリィのことを利用していたけど。『わた推し』51話の時、ロセイユとサーラスの対比が本当に印象的だった。

リリィの心に襲い掛かったたった1人の兄を失う怖さは計り知れないものなのかもしれない。レイたちに捕まるリスクが兄を救いたい思いが打ち勝ったということか。リリィの心に宿るもう1つの人格も葛藤し続けているのだろう。

It's been a while since Matt's last appearance. When it was announced in X, I couldn't hide my surprise. I thought Matt was going to appear.

I think the reason Claire didn't have much of a conversation with Loretta was because not only had she destroyed Pipi's family home, but there was a possibility that Claire would destroy Loretta's family home as well.

The gap between those who crush and those who are crushed is too big.

Lilly was taking care of Thane. I get the impression that she can't leave her family alone. She followed Salas because they were her family. Even though she understands that her father's actions were wrong, I get the feeling that she doesn't want to experience the fear of losing a family member. Parents are parents.

It's not that there are no people who don't have a good impression of their parents, like Naoi who appears in "If that's love, break it.", but Lilly must have cared deeply for Salas. Salas used Lilly, though. In episode 51 of "ILTV", the contrast between L'Ausseil and Salas was really striking.

The fear of losing her only brother that assailed Lilly's heart may have been immeasurable. Perhaps the desire to save her brother overcame the risk of being captured by Rae and the others. The other personality that resides in Lilly's heart is also continuing to struggle.
